If you are unhappy with your order please contact us me within 3 working days of receiving your candle. I cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used. Refund's are not available for change of mind, but will happy to make an exchange within 14 days.

Each candle made at Soyful Candles is hand-poured using natural soy wax so it will not always have a perfect finish (frosting, wet spots etc... all charaterictics from using 100% natural soy wax). This will not affect the burning of the candle in any way. It’s all part of the charm of having a hand poured candle where each one will be unique!
